5 Week Project | Oct - Nov 2025
Project intelligence is meant to gain a better understanding on human-machine interactions and redefining the user experience with many everyday tasks or objects. The requirements are to create an interactive product prototype integrating sensors, emitters, and circuit boards, learning the basics of coding and soldering throughout these steps.
inspiration
I took these images from Google as inspiration for what I wanted my project to mirror. I wanted to design around a brand and make my level sensor be cohesive with my camera.
Problem research
These research boards go through the problems without the project, and different parts I could use to sense the angle and level of my part. My goal with this leveling sensor is to aid in the leveling process through a series of lights that light up depending on the tilt angle the camera is at.

Code and Wiring
My project uses an Arduino board, MPU-6050 gyro sensor, LED light strips, 3D printed bodies, and frosted acrylic. The body is spray painted. Code was created with assistance from AI.
Renders
This bottom render shows the different angles the camera is tilted at with the lights that come on respectively. The middle position is when the camera is at zero degrees. As it goes out, the degrees go out in ranges of five degrees either way.
The sensor can be rotated and switched from the X or Y axis.
